Terms & Condition for Package tours:
● 100% Package cost should be paid in first day of Travel.
● Driver drive the vehicle from morning 7 AM to 7 PM, if driver drive beyond this time driver additional allowance applicable. ( Every hour +200 rupees )
● If you skip any location, quote amount will not change.
● If you change the said itinerary, quote amount will be changed.
● Day will be considered as a calendar day.
● AC will be stopped in Hill area / Stopped / Parked vehicle (This condition for AC trip only).
● Vehicle and driver details will be shared 12 hours before the journey starts.
● It is mandatory for all guests to give valid photo ID at the time of check-in @ all Hotels / Cottages/ lodges / Resort.
For booking: Payment proof and ID proof to be shared with us by mail in contact@sivasudartravels.com / sivasudartravels@gmail.com or by WhatsApp and Telegram 9486753300.
Note: Before deposit / Transfer the advance amount call us, we have to check the vehicle, accommodation and other required tickets availability.

Refund Details :

HOTEL, EVENTS, FOOD, TICKETS, VISA CANCELLATION POLICY: We are unable to provide a refund to you until we receive the funds from the relevant supplier/ third party provider.
BOOKING
Terms & Condition for Daily rent and kilometre basis:
● Booking can be done after receiving the advance only, Advance should be 30% of Quote amount.
● Driver drive the vehicle from morning 7 AM to 7 PM, if driver drive beyond this time driver additional allowance applicable. ( Every hour +200 rupees )
● Kilometres will calculate Garage to Garage.
● Toll, Parking and permit would be paid by Guest.
● AC will be stopped in Hill area / Stopped / Parked vehicle (This condition for AC trip only).
● Minimum 250/300 kilometre will be calculated per day, Should be confirm by the time of booking.
● Driver day/night stay allowance applicable (250/300/500/600) Should be confirm by the time of booking.
● Day will be considered as a calendar day.
● Vehicle and driver details will be shared 12 hours before the journey starts.
